Ceret Property is one of the most effective places to advertise Rentals in the Pyrenees Orientales. Here you will find details of our advertising rates.

There is no charge for advertising your Property Rental on Ceret Property. We take a low 10% booking commission for confirmed reservations.

Booking Commission

There is no upfront advertising fee for appearing on the Ceret Property websites. The way it works is that we earn our income by charging a 10% booking commission for each rental booking we secure for you. Most of our owners build our booking commission into the advertised price for their vacation rental - this way they get extra bookings for free! The price dispplayed on our websites will be subject to 10% commission so please ensure that that the price you submit has taken this into account.

Bookings

All payments are made direct to you. We handle the initial booking enquiry and we contact you by email or text to verify that your property is still available. Once you have confirmed your availability and we have a firm booking, we hand everything over to you to finalise the reservation details. We will send you an invoice for our commission 10 days after the booking confirmation. We can offer further assistance for long term bookings of over 6 months. This may be subject to an administration fee. For Long Term Bookings of over 13 months, Quarterly commission payments can be negotiated but only if negotiated in advance of the initial confirmation deposit.

Layout and copy

Ceret Property reserves the right to determine the final layout, design and functionality of the web site. Ceret Property can edit copy or amend layouts or photographs supplied, should it be considered necessary.

Accuracy

Wherever possible we work hard to ensure that all information contained on Ceret Property websites is accurate and up to date. However Ceret Property can not accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part from information supplied and received in good faith. The advertiser indemnifies Ceret Property against all costs, expenses and losses arising from a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.

Photographs

Ceret Property will make every effort to safeguard materials supplied but cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss if they are required to be returned.

Liability

Ceret Property does not claim that their web site will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event will Ceret Property be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages caused to their property(s) including lost profits.

Copywrite

It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure they have copyright or necessary permission to use the images and copy you send to us for use on the web site. Ceret Property cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from materials supplied by the advertisers. Ceret Property reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to addresses of other web sites from advertisers' pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

Termination of Advert

Ceret Property has the right to refuse an advert for their web site. If Ceret Property receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertisers property, Ceret Property reserves the right to remove the property from the database.

Rental Properties

Ceret Property cannot be held responsible for any problems arising relating to the property the client has rented. Ceret Property is not responsible for any loss incurred by the customer renting the property.

Online Marketing

Ceret Property reserves the right to publicise your property or business on other websites/online services and publishing media. Ceret Property will not charge you for this service. Ceret Property is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information submitted to other websites/publishing media.

Booking Commission Payments

Ceret Property does not charge property owners for advertising their property on the website (Unless by direct individual agreement). Only when a booking is made is a booking commission levied. The booking commission is 10% of the total rental price. Payments to Ceret Property must be in either euros (via a French cheque or credit transfer) or in UK pounds sterling (via a credit transfer). You can also pay instantly by credit card through our Paypal account (but here is be a 4% charge for this option).

Advertising Payments

Ceret Property charges a flat fee of €75 per annum for Hotels and Chambres d'Hotes adverting on the website. Payments to Ceret Property must be in either euros (via a French cheque or credit transfer) or in UK pounds sterling (via a cheque from a UK bank or a credit transfer). You can also pay instantly by credit card through our Paypal account (but there is a 4% charge for this option).

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by UK Law and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts to rule on any disputes. Ceret Property reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions as necessary and approppriate.

Commission Refunds

Paid commissons are non-refundable as unless a booking does not last for the original term as confirmed at time of confirmation deposit and only under the following circumstances. The Property owner will be entitiled to a refund of the commission under the following circumstances. Bookings of 1 day to 1 year will not be entitled to any refund of commission. If a booking of more than 1 year is terminated early (after the first year) then the owner will be entitle to a refund of commission at 90% of the commission that would have been due if the rental had gone to term. Refunds can only be given against commission already received by ceret Property
