Architectural Drawings - Having the best plans, drawings, tradesmen and materials on site is pointless if the teams don’t gel. It is an integral part of our business to provide the common ground between you, the client, and the actual tradesmen. Almost always plans will change along the way and how that is conveyed between client and tradesmen (and visa versa) can be the difference between success and failure of a project. We act as medium for providing and passing all information and knowledge in both directions.
Negotiating for Quotes - During our 15 years of extensive property development we have seen most things. There is a solution to every problem and we are here to take that pressure for you. Over the years we have built up a reputation as a trustworthy organization within our field. This is paramount when it comes to deciding who will be doing the work on your property. We only work with tried and trusted local registered tradesmen. France is very different from the UK in that there are far fewer general builders who will tackle everything. In France each trade is independent meaning that you end up getting a true professional for the work rather than a ‘jack of all trades’. It is our job to weave the independent artisans into a seamless team working for you.
Sourcing Materials - by constantly monitoring the price of materials and always using the best suppliers, we are able to advise and beat prices for most raw materials, without compromising quality. Interior
